This Project involves the idea of developing high end housing for the BPTP Group which would give a sense of luxury to the buyer while keeping the plot sizes small. The challenge was to work within a set Masterplan to create a cohesive devlopment of housing styles which would be attractive in the marketplace, would embody an aesthetic sensiblity which is saleable and yet would adhere to high quality design. Maximizing the sizes by providing open plan layouts with courtyards for most of the housing was the criteria in the design development for this housing typology.

This Project involves the idea of developing high end housing for the BPTP Group which would give a sense of luxury to the buyer while keeping the plot sizes small. The Astaire Gardens were developed with the idea of saleable floors, keeping the aesthetic and grandeur of the design of the individual villa's in the format of floors.

JAYPEE AMAN, NOIDA
This project involves developing affordable housing for the Jaypee Group in Noida.
The Challenge was to get a compact plan with high densities, yet create a feeling of spaciousness with ample light and ventilation for all the units.

HUDCO PLACE PROJECT, NEW DELHI
The HUDCO Place is an integrated urban development that has been designed with design controls, a common landscaped green, a peripheral road system, and pedestrian walkways that weave into urban plazas and courts.
The use of materials like Brick and blue glazed tiles which are set in a series of courtyards and pedestrian paths conforms to a modern Indian aesthetic. The HUDCO place is a community center that has developed into one of India's largest logistically, most complex, and widely acclaimed urban projects. The project is a mixed-use development with housing for government employees in one half of the site and a community center consisting of a public park, guest- houses, a luxury hotel, a cultural center, 700 multi-level car parks, a shopping mall, and a zonal park.

DREAM HOMES, WAVE CITY, GHAZIABAD
A growing segment in the Residential segment is the compact, affordable apartment at prices under Rs. 15 lakhs. Part of a 5000-acre township, the Dream Homes project has 2800 apartments in Phase 1, generally 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, with sizes starting at 600 ft. These apartments are designed off a central corridor, in order to provide efficiency, and yet provide natural light and ventilation with views out from every room, an aspiration of the Customer.
The linear typology of the apartment floor plan, provided an opportunity to capture large open spaces, in the form of large landscaped courtyards, 60m across with a peripheral road giving access to each tower.

JPSI SPORTS CITY, GREATER NOIDA, U.P
A comprehensive Review and implementation of the Master Plan for the Project was carried out by JSA. This included detailed analysis of the road & traffic network, green areas & connectivity, urban form studies, statutory requirements and implementation strategies. Bulk services routing and distribution was built in to the design. Architectural control drawings were prepared for the sectors which were taken up for Implementation.

JPSI GOLF DISTRICT, GREATER NOIDA, U.P
A part of the premium Residential sectors of the Jaypee Sports City, the layout plan was developed around an 18-hole championship golf course. In or- der to maximize the real estate potential, inputs were provided to the Golf course designer to maximize the perimeter of the course by making a more organic layout with split fairways.
This allowed for maximum frontage for the apartments. A low-rise development of villas and low-rise apartments was designed in the first ring around the golf course with a peripheral road, and high-rise apartments (in the subsequent phases) beyond.
This provided for 100% golf view apartments. This annular layout allowed the Project to be completed at every stage, and views of the golf course un- hindered by construction.
