TATA RESEARCH CENTRE, PUNE
A computer software development and research facility located in Pune, was conceived as a building around a circular court with defined expressions for the cultural sections and office sections of the building.
The office is set in an open office system within a large office floor- plate. And the library is set in a circular form emphasizing a characterization of using the form to describe the functional aspect of the building.

XANSA CORPORATE OFFICE, PUNE
The building has been designed around a landscaped internal court which provides internal views and diffused natural light to the entire office.
The office building has been designed in the form of a jagged line which changes its position and angles.
This form breaks the box, creating a playful system of floor plates in which an open-plan office is set. The roofs are modulated as shells, creating a dynamic group of terraced spaces set in shell-like structures. In effect, the design is young, playful, and exuberant moving away from the straight-lined compositions of most office buildings. A unique lighting system has also been adopted wherein light is reflected off a prismatic mirror in the ceiling providing uniform glare-free lighting for extensive computer usage throughout the workspaces.

The IIS office has a contemporary aesthetic which expresses a youthful vibrant sensibility in the design aesthetic.
With the use of bright colors and an industrial open office system, the hierarchy of a formal office environment is changed into a dynamic workplace. A central courtyard with a triple-height atrium space marks the central focus of the plan, with landscaped water features and an open courtyard, with all the offices set around this space. Creating a focus of a courtyard as an internal environment as there are no views out of the site.

TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES OFFICE, GURGAON
The TCS software office at Gurgaon is arranged in a stepped format, with terraces on each step which have pergolas and terrace gardens. The plot is very tightly spaced causing the building to be inward-looking. Light filters in from the top and in most areas the office spaces are flexible and you can get natural light. Emerging from the desire to break away from strict and straight architectural lines, the library block curves gently away and the entrance to the main block has a curved portico in glazed surface treatment, breaking away from the rigid angularity of the block. The building has a central atrium space which creates a voluminous spaciousness allowing the circulation in the form of ramps to traverse through the space. The ramps have intricate floor patterns using locally available materials.
