MEGHALAYA NEW ASSEMBLY BUILDING AND MLA HOUSING, NEW SHILLONG, MEGHALAYA
The Main building was located at the center such that it acts as a pivot of 120 degrees axis on the plateau spur with the Assembly building in the center and the assembly secretariat building on either side. The assembly building had the assembly hall, visitors’ gallery, and banquet hall on three levels with the main entrance from the Northwest for MLA and VIPs, at the banquet hall level.
MLA Residences need maximum security on the remaining campus. The MLA residences were developed in clusters at roughly a 5-meter level difference, so you can overlook the landscape beyond. The general plot size was 800-900 Sqm, except for the special senior-level housing which is larger and is proposed as a duplex.

CONVENTION CENTRE, JABALPUR, MADHYA PRADESH
The project is in three parts: Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Hotel. Convention Conference, seminars, and auditorium theatre, which allow flexibility in use, and would be an income generator, to run the Centre. The exhibition centre has indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces with appropriate track servicing from the rear. An art gallery would be of great value and would be always alive between big exhibitions.
The 50 / 75 room facility with food and beverage facilities on the ground floor would serve the Convention and Exhibition Centres, and a link to both these so that there is always a “buzz” of activity in the Centre. Jabalpur Convention Centre was proposed to rival the IIC / Habitat Centre of Delhi and become both the cultural and business of Jabalpur, always in demand.
