The way we design does not follow a fixed formula or a cookie cutter process. We question everything during the design process and are always looking for better methods, materials and options. We work directly with the Client in a collaboration.

​Interior Design completes the project and goes a long way in defining the structure. Our sister company “Design By Meta” is involved in the Interior Design Works for our projects for more than a Decade.

During the construction we make ourselves available to the contractor to answer any questions and any concerns they may have. We are involved during the construction to represent the Owner and to respond to any Contractor RFI’S, to conduct site observation visits and to monitor progress till completion of the project.

Responsible Design requires attention to Sustainable and environmentally sound solutions. We approach every design with this in mind. Understanding the location of the site and the building’s impact on the environment and we provide the client with sustainable, energy efficient and green solutions.
